About Community Elites
Overview of The Community Elites
The Community Elites is an education initiative founded in 2017 with the primary objective of reforming education standard in Iyamoye uder the leadership of Alh. Murtala Kola Akintola (The IDU President). The organization was created to ensure students in Iyamoye excel academically by instilling the passion for reading and learning in them, as well as ensure equitable distribution of scholarship opportunity to vulnerable populations, including indigene and non-indigene who are academically sound and well deserved.
The Community elites has been working on reforms to improve the Quality of Education of students in Iyamoye and its metropolitan Area. The Organization is concentrating on continuing educational development among the series of programmes that reflect the Organization’s recommendations.
We share the common understanding that reforms in education are effective only when a teaching force with professional quality undertakes them. The Organization’s deliberations fall into the three broad categories: initial student education, the professional development of students and the continuing development of quality education.
Main Programmes of The Community Elites
Elite Scholarship Award
The Elite Scholarship Award programme is an eye opener and a competitive award designed to measure basic critical knowledge and reading skills. The Scholarship programme is open to student between the age of 15 and 23 and aim to help them acquire and develop life-long reading/learning skills to become practical examples in the community, enabling them to become innovative players in the domestic and global society.
Elite JAMB Coaching
The Elite JAMB Coaching programme is designed basically to improve student intellectual capability and increase their thinking ability, where we train, tutor, teach, coach and mentor students. We also place them on good standing and boost their chances of securing admission into their various choice of institutions. We employ veterans, professionals, qualified teachers as well as reputable indegines in bid to instill in them passion for learning. The advantages our students receive are unlimited.
Seminars and Orientation
The Community Elites seminars and orientation is an activity designed to introduce, discuss and update students about the reason why they need to be educated. This may be through lecture, panel discussion, or general discussion and can include visual presentations. We invites dignitaries, people of high reputation in the community as well as other states to share their wealth of knowledge, to motivate, inspire and educates these students.

Alh. Gbodi Adamu Joins Community Elites
October 1, 2020
The community Elites on Saturday, 16th January 2021 confirms the appointment of Alh. Ibrahim Gbodi Adamu as the Registrar of the association following a directive made by the patron on 31st Dec 2021 at an annual summit held at Alh. Gbodi Adamu’s Residence.
Community Elites Commissioned her Secretariat
October 1, 2020
The Community Elites officially opens her National Secretariat, commissioned by His Royal Highness, Oba Ibrahim Ade Momoh (The Obaro of Iyamoye). The Secretariat was officially opened on Friday, 2nd October 2020 and will serve as registration and examination centre for the scholarship students.

The community Elites hosted a number of dignitaries which includes Dr. Mosabalaje Abdulsalam, Prof. Munirat Yusuf – Habeeb, Sir. Newton and others to discuss the role of the adults in the society.
